Preparing an order

Each frame is checked, cleaned, and packed with a protective case before it leaves us.

Timing

Dispatch timing depends on the frame being in stock. We will confirm the practical window when an order is placed with us. We do not promise a same-day courier unless that has been agreed in writing.

Delivery

Orders are sent with a tracked service when one is available for the address. Remote addresses can take longer. Duties or local charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

A delayed parcel

If a tracking update stalls, write to us with the name on the order and we will look it up.
